- Optional Services: Cancellation requests must be made at least 7 business days before the scheduled service.
3. Non-Refundable Payments
The following payments are non-refundable:
- Fees for completed transactions, including brokerage or administrative charges.
- Custom services that have been rendered or are in progress.
